  Item arrived, and worked, however, the ability to program or utilize the features and functions did not work. Therefore, I advise before buying, You ask the buyer for a video of all programs and functions being performed. There is a chance that this could’ve occurred during shipping as the box was beat up by the US Postal Service, but there were no signs of damage to fragile plastic. The seller was willing to work with me on a refund, but simply not the time and effort.

  Sorry, that we tried everything to please you and still to NO avail were you going to work with us to resolve anything. I offered shipping back and refund after I inspected it, and you won't ship back. Pryer to ordering you complained about shipping wasn't updating, there is literally nothing a seller can do after they send it out, and left our location. NOT WILLING TO SHIP BACK!
