We had to try and change all the setting and do multiple resets before it was able to even be set in english. The aftermarket cord and charger looked very well used and dirty. I wasnt happy with having to wait 24 hrs for a reply every time we had questions.

The condition is excellent, for the value and price. Shipping was fast. Would have preferred the box it came in, And I did notice a factory reset on it. So I wouldn't exactly call it an open box. But no complaints. Everything is good with this order !!

If you are in the US,unless you are just using this phone for knick knacks , be precautionary when purchasing , no phone services work with this device in this country. I expressed my concern with the seller and they were very helpful and courteous to assist with my issue. Other than the phone not being compatible with any phone services in the US it came in great condition. I feel that for the quality of the item it is at a great value. The appearance is in great condition.
