  Brand new product in retail packaging and it works great. Perfect upgrade to my Karu 12. USPS shipping was hilariously bad but got it in a week. Definitely not the sellers fault. it was entertaining tracking it. Highly recommended seller.

  When I order batteries where the seller posts a factory pack in the picture and then sends me batteries in a plastic bag..I get pissed off. You know better than to pull a scam like this. .I will never buy from you ever again. Typical Ebay trash
