    This was one of my best transactions on Ebay. The seller communicated with me and worked with me on the transaction. I was able to get a really good deal. Everything was packaged very good with no worries of any damage while being shipped. The seller got the package together and got it shipped quickly. I received my package very fast. Thanks again

    I was really looking forward to receiving a NEW Ryobi glue gun. What I received was a jumble of plastic and paper pieces along with the opened glue gun and charger all stuffed into a box. The item was described as New and Unopened in at least 3 places in the ad but this had obviously been opened and then poorly repacked. I contacted the seller and his response was something like "I guess I apologize for the poor packing," nothing about falsely describing the item as new. Very disappointed.

    Cuidado con este vendedor,Pague por una sierra caladora Ryobi JS481LG 4.8 con cable nueva sin caja me envía otra totalmente diferente e incompleta, cuando me contacto con el vendedor me dice para hacer la devolución, y le explicó que soy de otro país, que los gastos para retornar el producto que por "error" el envió serían más caros que comprar una nueva, no me vuelve a responder. Les recomiendo no comprar a este vendedor por irresponsable ya que no hay garantía de que te envié lo que compres.
