  Im so happy! The Doll is new as described by the seller, the packaging was exceptional! The seller didnt lie about making sure it arrives safely haha. There was a short delay in shipping but it doesnt matter. The seller was communicative and answered my questions without any problems. I can only recommend this seller!   Item exactly as described and (excellently) photographed: basically perfect. The one tiny imperfection was made extremely clear by the seller, who took care to highlight it with a photo so that the buyer would be fully aware before purchase. Communication was excellent, polite and helpful. Post: arrived faster than some non-international packages! Packaged brilliantly with layers of protection inside a larger outer box.   Figure arrived all the way from Japan without a single dent in the box and the figure was in perfect condition! Best price by a long shot for this figure considering how hard it is to get. Even the shipping box was custom made to perfectly fit and protect the figure's box, the seller perfectly represents the Japanese culture of customer service. Package arrived with an origami swan and note, a small detail that sets this seller apart. Extremely communicative, would definitely order from again!

  I just received my package from their shop and I am extremely happy with the item I got! They were also very kind and always returned messages and answered any questions on what they're selling. The item I received looks brand new and for a really good price. The figure looks amazing and in pristine condition. The perfect packaging they sent out came bubble wrapped so no further damage can harm the product you receive. They also sent me an origami that came with the product!!
