  Item arrived on time and was nicely packaged. It's always thoughtful when the seller packs their cards in some kind of rigid backing for extra protection during shipping. Great job!! The item was as described and in better condition in person. It's always hard to tell what your going to end up with when photos aren't always capturing every angle of the item. Great value to boot! I will be keeping my eye on this seller for future purchases.

  Doll was a birthday gift from someone I love very much & I am very pleased with it. She was securely packaged ensuring that no damage would occur to the porcelain and I received it on September 25th sooner than the original time frame of September 27th. Doll is exquisite and exactly as described and arrived with her parasol as well as the card describing how to display her. I would definitely order from this seller again.

  Had all the parts in the bag except for the canopy and windscreen. I saw they were missing in the photo but they didn't state that in their add. Was packed okay and arrived on a circuitous route. Cost more than I believe was good but I paid the price.

  Item arrived as described and good shipping time given the long trip, packaging kept item safe during the journey and value/price for item was quite fair. Item went thru the wash and cleaned up well, removing light normal wear… looks great! Item will get lots of good, well intended use… thanks much. A+ transaction all the way around. 🌷
