  Excellent seller. Delivered product safely. Was well package for the trip. Phone quality was superb, better than advertised. Was very pleased with my purchase and would buy from him again. Definitely a trustworthy seller.

  Hey ebay "sale4ppl". I was happy to receive my F(x)tec Pro1 X pretty quickly from Hong Kong! Once I was able to take it to the phone store I discovered on my initial test call that the phone ear speaker is defective/ volume is super low or depleted. You have to always talk on speaker phone. The phone was in appeared to be in mint condition once received. The overall appearance is great. Of course the seller is gone until August 18th, 2025. I will change my review if you make this right.....

  Hi, thank you for your purchase! Please make sure to remove the original protective film/sticker on the screen that might be covering the earpiece hole and affecting the sound quality. Carefully check if the earpiece hole is now clean without any dust/debris. Then, try adjusting the earpiece volume during a call using the volume buttons on the side of the phone. You may see an on-screen warning about unsafe volume levels, which is normal—just continue to adjust to a comfortable level. Thanks.

  Seller say that he send the product but it never arrived to me. Reason? I think all this people that use extra low cost shippment never sent the product and not respond if it never arrive and Ebay also. They never pay me the insurance and say that ia a problem between me and the seller.

  Hi, like I said previously, your phone is still in your country's custom waiting for you to provide a proof of purchase like receipt and/or pay custom taxes/duties according to the tracking number. Please contact your local post office for more information on how to proceed as they only allow receivers, not senders to deal with all the import custom issues. Please do so as soon as possible or they might discard your package after a certain period of time like one month from what I know. Thanks!
