  The item arrived fast and intact, but in really filthy condition. I had to wash the figure thoroughly with soap and water before I felt comfortable handling it. The figure's box was really beat up as well, probably due to being shipped in a paper envelope with bubble wrap instead of a shipping box. The item condition was listed as "new" so I expected much better than this. Neutral feedback since the figure overall looks acceptable after it was cleaned.
