  This purchase was a very good experience. First, the item was listed as new but when the seller realized this may not be the case they raised the issue on their own (without waiting to see if I would raise the issue). This is excellent customer service. When a part was missing from the box they found a replacement and forwarded it. Again, excellent customer service.

  Excellent packaging was wrapped in paper and plastic for protection, saw operators properly and everything was inside the package. Seller sent me a offer and I grabbed it within minutes was shipped fast the same day I purchased received it in just a few days. I'll definitely be doing more business in the near future A+++ Much appreciation for going the extra mile you can't hardly find that anymore.

  Pretty disappointing. Ordered beginning of September, shipment got somehow lost, replacement delivery was sent beginning of October and 5 days later I was informed that the item could not be exported - though it was specifically described that it will ship internationally with Ebay International Shipping. Similar items from Home Depot/Home Accents like the 12 ft Skelly or the Levitating Reaper from other sellers shipped without issue. At least I got my money back after 5 days.

  The negative reveiws are consistent with my purchasing experience. This seller did send me something totally different than I purchased he did refund me. With a poor excuse stating that his staff grabbed the wrong one (seller had only 1) Seller used a generic pucture and no picture was posted on how the actual item looked(beware) Seller totally wasted my time as well as his,did tell the seller that only to get a very sassy respond.
