All items purchased from us are packaged to ensure that they arrive safely. The corners of this unit had marks no bigger than 3-5mm on them, so the comment "badly damaged", is purely subjective. Our listing clearly states that the item is used and will show signs of light wear. As for communication, we respond to the messages that require a response, usually within two or three hours.

Postage was split between two packages as the lenses on these bigger projectors come off and can get damaged. So the seller really knows the products and how to protect your purchase.
