  Very well packaged. We had a problem with it not opening when the power button was pressed. The seller sent us a postage paid mailing label and said as soon as they receive it, they will send us another with the same specifications. The replacement arrived in a few days, and it is outstanding! We couldn’t be happier. Great Ebayer!

The quality of the device was excellent, and I was able to set it up quickly, as the seller had already updated it to the latest Sequoia release.
