  Item arrived exactly as described and works perfectly! I always forget to leave feedback, but this seller deserves it. Just a note for buyers: if you’re getting Audio-Technica monitor headphones, read carefully—there’s a difference between the ATH-M50 and ATH-M50x (the M50 doesn’t have a detachable cable). That was my mistake, not the seller’s. Excellent product and a trustworthy seller! Shipping a day behind but no matter, packaging was fine, and the value was well worth it.

  First time buying from this seller. The item arrived quickly - ahead of expected date of delivery. The item was packaged well and was secure in the shipping box. I did have some issues upon trying to set it up and the seller replied very quickly with a working solution. Very prompt and efficient service.   When the clock arrived it was super well packaged and I Was thrilled to see the bird sounds working correctly, however the clock itself unfortunately doesn’t tick even with the batteries in it. I contacted the seller and they very promptly offered me a refund!! Super surprised and happy with the prompt and immediate response, the clock is otherwise as described and the shipping cost was fair! Super happy with the purchase.
