RHB ships using the US Post Office and internationally using the cheapest carrier. Books are always wrapped then packed in cardboard boxes with padding to protect the contents. International shipments are double boxed with shipping paperwork attached to the outside of the box using a special envelope. And a complete duplicate of all the paperwork packed inside the outer box in case the attached set wanders off.

I do have two areas of constructive feedback however: 1) There were photos showing the dust jacket's damage but I don't feel the product classification/description of 'very good' was applicable given the type and extent of damage - Given this, I felt the product was originally listed at way too high a price. 2) Not sure who sets shipping cost but that was too high for what the product was.
