  Received Ashtray in timely fashion. It was packed well but USPS still managed to break it. No fault of Seller. There was bubble and paper and a big box. He did everything right. USPS was exceptionally brutal. Tried to contact seller but Ebay's system blocks you from direct contact now.

  Nearly unbelievable USPS mistake. Buyer was totally empathetic and will receive a full refund. So sorry this occurred to a really nice vintage item.

  My flatware arrived today, and was in better condition than described. The seller was an outstanding communicator -- friendly and responsive on a Sunday. An all around great transaction. I will keep an eye out for more items from this seller in the future.
