Item didn’t ship for about two weeks after I paid. Took multiple messages for them to respond. Once it did finally arrive there was a part missing that was present in their listing photos. Sent message with picture of part missing and of the picture they posted on the listing that showed the part. Again no response. After following up a few times they just messaged back that the part should have been there. I agreed with that however it wasn’t. After that no contact. Seller went silent . Aweful

Seller took 10 days to ship item, marking it as shipped on the last day they could before i could open a support request, then waited to upload the tracking number until the day it was expected to arrive (even though they marked it as shipped several days prior, they waited until the expected delivery day to take it to the post office. Seller did respond however they were not helpful, felt like i was being taken advantage of the entire time. Avoid like the plague!

The camera is in great shape and works as described. Shipping was timely. I would use this Vendor again.
