  I used this seller on several occasions, ordering multiple items each time - black tie menswear of excellent quality and condition for unbeatable price on eBay. The items were clean and exactly as described in the posts. Shipping was secure and arrival was prompt. When I needed to return or replace items due to sizing, the communication from the seller was excellent and there no fuss. I would absolutely use this seller again and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

  Unfortunately the item that arrived wasn’t consistent with the sizing advertised. The seller responded immediately when contacted and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process to return the item with a prepaid label. With the volume that is sold, inconsistency in sizing will happen, so it is how sellers respond which is important - I was very impressed with speed of response and refund was issued quickly; very efficient, thank you.

  However, my order has not arrived -Royal Mail said the package was dropped off at 6:42 pm at my address-this was incorrect as l was in the house by the front window and nothing appeared not even a note -l have sent an email to Royal Mail but their customer service support is closed -this is not the first time Royal Mail have let me down-l will contact you tomorrow with the outcome

  Arrived exactly as expected in perfect condition and of good quality. Exactly as described. Appearance of the jacket is as per images. Totally a 'value for money' purchase. Communication with the company was perfect - very good customer service who sorted out an issue I made with the order - very promptly and with total understanding. Will use again.

  Fair quality secondhand jacket but could have done with better info on listing. Accepted their mistake, was super quick to reply to messages and we sorted a compromise. Certainly a seller I would consider in future. Great value items.
