  The item did not arrive damaged. The buyer claimed the item was damaged upon arrival but declined to provide any photos or documentation, and refused to return the item for inspection. Despite the item already being significantly discounted, they requested a partial refund. When we did not agree to the refund without evidence or a return, they threatened to leave negative feedback to pressure us into issuing a refund.
