  I was sent the wrong item and sadly the one I had ordered was no longer in stock unless I chose to pay a higher price for a new one rather than the customer return I had ordered. The seller responded very promptly to my various queries and offered me either a full refund or a partial refund to keep the one that was delivered. I opted for the latter.   Nice clock not quite as shown, hands not showing luminous segment. Arrived a bit slower than ebay suggested but still only took a few days. Well packaged but had suffered damp damage to the packaging, luckily the contents were OK!

They look great, they are fantastic quality as standard so you don't need to modify them like I do. I've had 10 from this seller over the past year or so. Asked if I could have a multi buy discount for buying 5 at once this time and they agreed. Comms were always quickly answered. The sticks were dispatched quickly and delivered safely well packaged etc.Happy to recommend/buy again
