    The best packaging I have seen yet from any only purchase here on ebay or elsewhere. The postage was excellent too, Royal mail. On time and in perfect condition. The book was exactly as described if not better which made it an absolute bargain. I couldn't be happier. 100% recommended seller. Thank you.

    Item was incomplete, missing an insert advertised on the cover. Seller said "I'll issue a full refund and u can keep the book if you like." I offered to mail the book back at my own expense, since it appeared to be a genuine error. After receiving the book, the seller refunded only the item cost, not the original postage, and stopped responding to messages. After a few weeks, I raised a case to eBay, who would not issue a refund since it had been over 30 days since the original delivery date.
