  Says it was mint but disk had scratches, said if he's says it was mint it was mint and that I might be trying to scam him. After a bit of back and forth they refunded the money. I always give the benefit of the doubt, maybe an employee screwed up and he just didn't know? I told him that I was going to attempt to have it resurfaced at a local game shop and if it was successful and they gave me money I would give him what they gave me for it to be fair as I already purchased another copy.

  This buyer is full of it and tried to say the disk was scratched. He never mentioned anything about taking it to get resurfaced.... that was a lie..... stay far away from this buyer - he is a liar and not worth losing money over!
