    great item. helps my wii u stay on its side and improves fan ventilation as the fan is at the top. i purchased two of these and the seller was considerate enough to ask if i had accidently placed the order, very helpful and kind, top service. i can recommend this seller 100% for there friendliness professionalism and honesty. the item arrived promptly well packaged and safe and sound.

    Unfortunately the item arrived damaged (they are quite fragile, as it says in the description , and it was shipped with EVRI !) but the seller was responsive and dealt with it quickly and fairly. I always rate people positively for responding when things go awry. Thankyou

    A shame that the item was damaged in the post. We have sold over 300 of these, and this is only the 2nd or 3rd time we have had an issue with the courier out of all those transactions. We could have sent out a replacement, but as you requested a refund, that's of course what we did. Apologies again that this didn't work out for you.
