  Purchased this Jose Canseco jersey and when it arrived, it was too big. I then contacted the seller. They told me to purchase the correct size and they would give me a refund for the other one. I purchased the correct size but I then contacted the company for the refund And they have not gotten back to me. I have contacted them through eBay several times to give them an opportunity and they still have not got back to me. It has been since July 11 with no response back from them
