  Avoid this seller. I placed an order, and the item was not sent via tracked shipping as claimed, the seller insisted it was sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked, but this is clearly not the case. On top of that, the item does not match the listing description. I’ll be escalating this issue to eBay for resolution. My parcel is long gone and lost!😡

  They sent an item that was missing 70% of its contents and then ignored all sent messages asking them to resolve the situation. They did not provide a refund or send a replacement item. Rubbish service. I would never use them again. Caveat emptor!
