    The worst experience, the package never arrived, the seller reshipped it but in the middle of shipping made the return to them, I asked for a refund and he told me he could not because the package was in transit, already with them his response was that the refund should be issued by my bank not by them ... I'm still looking to resolve but ultimately this seller is a scam

    the monitor arrived exactly as described, pictured and in perfect, brand new condition. The price was perfect and the monitor picture quality is great. Seller also packaged the monitor with a lot of extra packing, so it arrived undamaged. Great seller A+ :)
