Item had damage that wasn't clear from the photos and was described as complete but some major parts missing plus a couple of bigger items shown in photos not sent. Rather than I ask for a refund, I reached out to the buyer but did not receive a reply, so requested a refund via ebay. The return was automatically accepted by eBay and a case opened by eBay due to me not being around to sort this myself within my holiday mode. Buyer chose to ignore my holiday mode and did not give me a chance to reply once my holiday mode ended before sending a return and also putting up a bad review. I do apologise for the item arriving damaged, and I must have missed one or 2 items out by accident
