  Unfortunately, the video card didn't solve my problem (it was kind of a forlorn hope anyway) but that is not seller's fault at all. Item as described, looked good, shipped quickly, fair price, and good communication. I can easily recommend this seller.

  Shipping was pretty quick, the packaging was very good. As a described item, it was missing a component, BUT red door tech refunded me the money to be able to replace the part very honest vendor. The value was good. It was just what I needed as a home computer thank you very much and I would recommend this seller.

  Better that I hoped it would be, and it was packaged very professionally, especially compared t one that came with it from an outside seller and platform that looked like it was packed by a drunk gorilla. I will be back here to buy more, no question about that, I love great service! 100% recommend!
