If you had simply contacted us first, we would’ve taken care of it and even sent a replacement, no questions asked. What exactly isn't clear with our answer? We asked you open a return case from your side, as EVERY CUSTOMER does on eBAY, and the platform provides the instructions to do it and if the order qualifies for free return or not...
