  The items were as described & depicted. They were well packaged with bobleplast and the box arrived on time. But most importantly the communication is top notch! I had issue at checkout with "item isn't available for purchase in your location" - even tough the items should ship internationally. I wrote to the seller and got in touch with support. They answered back every time and quickly. After about a week back and forth, support figured out the issue (Ebay itself it seems). Thank you support!!

  Everything went great as always with this wonderful and very caring seller and my items arrived well packaged and sealed in brand new condition and exactly as described and pictured and the appearance is shiny and new and so cute with the Disney character and works perfectly. The value I paid and the quality of item is great for price I paid and price of item and shipping were both reasonable and fast shipping. Happy with purchase and seller and great communication too.

  I received the wrong (but very similar) product but was refunded 100%. there was 12 identical pictures of the product i was looking for on the listing. Seller was nice, if you are looking for very specific items you might want to contact seller for more pictures before purchasing. would deal with again.

  Id 100 percent recommend buying from this seller :) it was timely and arrived in brand new; perfect condition. I also appreciated the cute note and the little extra goody that shipped as well :) the quality is great and even though it shipped all the way from Japan to the US it didn't take long at all, and they provided a tracking number ; and the tracking company they had was consistent in providing updates. 10/10 would buy from again!   Shipped promptly, the package arrived in very well packaged with the box in perfect condition. The figure was also in perfect condition (no scratches, everything in the box, etc). For the price, this has well exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely buy from this seller again. Highly recommended, A++++++++
