  The original shipment was damaged by UPS where the boxes and packaging were actually crushed and the wiper rubber damaged. I contacted Radley and they sent a replacement in a couple of days which I put on and they work perfectly. The packaging was secure and the boxes were marked fragile trying to keep UPS on their toes. Great customer service and value. I would absolutely do business with them again.

  The switch is a genuine GM part just like the seller's listing, but the USmail was a problem - it passed through Maryland which is a USPS wasteland - delivered 3 days late and I really thought it was going to be lost because tracking was no help - just kept showing it was at the distribution center (for 3 days). I'd strongly suggest that the seller look into using another shipper - it might be worth the effort if stuff starts getting lost.

  Package arrived on time and was in a sturdy box. Brand new Original GM Delco wiper blades perfect fit for my car. Easy to install. Good communication by the seller ensuring the wiper blades would fit. Excellent value for the money. Looks great excellent quality wiper blades . I highly recommend this vendor.

  Reply received from seller and they made thing right ….. sent the right part and today i am returning the one i got by mistake ….. be sure to get a hold of seller to communicate what part you need exactly …… Seller needed the VIN to send the exact part. LONG STORY SHORT GOT THE RIGHT PART AND RETURNED ONE RECEIVED BY MISTAKE …. HAPPY SELLER HAPPY CUSTOMER….5***
