  Hello you never received the product. eBay lists out of stock and damaged item under the same heading. When you first enquired on this product in May we had plenty we had just run out of stock by the time you ordered in the end of July. The core will be with us on the 12 August and we can have one prepared for you on the 13th if you still require one. We will fit a free fan on the radiator to componsate for your inconvenience.

  Awesome radiator , looks very well made. Came with next day delivery too. Only downside is that I had to fit my own rivnuts for the fan mounting and had to bend the top rail to clear the bonnet release cable.

  The radiator for my car wasn't listed so I sent a message asking if one could be made and was told yes, off the shelf. I asked for fans and a shroud to be fitted and was told it would be about a week. The radiator arrived within that time, was extremely well packed and just as described. It is a work of art and is a shame to be hidden under the bonnet. I needed to call customer services a couple of times and their responses were almost immediate. I can not recommend Coolexperts enough.
