  The seller did a splendid job in getting the lyre harp to me. There was a storm that delayed the order initially, and then an incorrect address on my part, but the seller was gracious enough to send it out again after I corrected the address. Even though it's not the same color blue as advertised, the harp looks great, it's clean, no scratches, and sounds divine. Very good quality for the price. Comes with a pick, cleaning cloth, tuning tool and extra strings. I'm satisfied with this! Thanks!!

  Don't know what went wrong, accidentally order two from them in two different cards, but whatever, I could use both so I let it stand. They shipped from Philly, so cool, they'd be here within the week. Then I started getting weird tracking information. The two packages took different paths, one went to NYC the other who knows where didn't recognize the place. Needles to say I never got accurate tracking, but they were upstanding, and refunded my money. They also communicated throughout the proce

  Perfect! Looks exactly like the OEM lamp but far more reasonable. Shipped quickly and arrived sooner than expected. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Easy to replace using only a Phillip's head screwdriver. I will definitely buy from them again when the need arises. Highly recommended eBay seller. Take it from me, I'm frugal and impatient!
