  I had a lot of questions resolved with this seller sir or madam were very helpful, especially so since I was returning to eBay after a long absence and was confused with the drastic changes on screen from 8 years ago. Prompt responses and very polite. Seemed to know the American version of English very well.

  I had package delivery issues due to USPS (the American post office lost my package, so delivery was delayed a month and damaged). Even still, this seller was very helpful and communicative with me despite not being at fault! They even went above and beyond to check in with USPS themselves to try and help me.
