  I never received my item. The tracking number from usps has said it was undeliverable to me and unable to be returned to sender. I am currently trying to fill out the missing mail form for the post office and am waiting for information from the seller needed to do this. Item has not been received.

  It's not the seller's fault that the item wasn't received! I'm confused as to why I'm being blamed & received a negative. Why would you need to fill out a missing mail form from USPS? The item isn't missing, it's undeliverable. I filed a damaged item insurance claim, it was approved & you received a full refund several days ago! I'm very confused as to why my excellent reputation on ebay was damaged because of something that was USPS fault. I'm requesting that you please revise your feedback
