  I Bought a perfume from them & i was exited to receive but US customs messed up my order & lost it. I told them the situation & they investigated and saw i was telling the truth. They then sent a replacement right away free of charge and it arrived quickly! The seller was quick to respond & help me out with this issue and that made me really happy.   This item got to me so fast all the way from another country! Packed well, and the bottle and scent was spectacular. I know a lot of folks are wary about shopping on ebay but I personally vouch for this site. The quality and authenticity of their scents is A+. I have never worried about the condition the products will arrive in because they do such a good at packaging. Also, I've personally bought from them so many times, it has to be obvious that their prices are good!
