  This item was advertised as Matte Black, but prior to shipping the seller and I agreed that it was Gloss Black. It was otherwise as advertised, complete, in perfect new condition, well packaged and promptly delivered for about $50 less than buying direct from manufacturer. An expensive hat, but we're we are very satisfied. Top kit, very good seller communication, free shipping.

  The unit was shipped quickly, and arrived sealed in original packaging. It was exactly as described. However, the power cord was missing. I reached out to the seller who offered several solutions, and the issue was remedied quickly. I would buy from them again.
