  We received our printer and oven within days of ordering, Customer service contacted me before I even received my printer to assist me for preparation for it. They helped me set up a teams account for after sales service. We have been using printer in our retail t-shirt business all week in a tourist area, so it have been running amazing. You do have to keep up maintenance everyday, but it is pretty simple. The cost for the printer is very reasonable for the quality you get from it.
