  Unfortunately this part solved one problem but gave another. It now recognizes the Print Head but will not pass alignment process. Prints but unreadable and erratic. Unlucky for me and will be a DIY project in Winter months. My only beef is they did not respond to multiple requests as to why it did not ship on the day they said it did. Only after EBAY got involved did the part ship.

  Power supply board arrived quickly, and in good condition. At the price offered this is a bargain. Hopefully, it will work when it is installed in the printer.

  Ordered solenoids and received paper feed rollers. Waited one full week for the wrong part and my customer waits as well.
