  Brand new item, exactly as described and came with throttle housing, which was a nice (unexpected) extra. Postage from US to Australia, understandably expensive, but still worth it for high-quality original parts, carefully packaged and delivered earlier than expected.   Parts arrived in a timely manner, but was incorrect part. Reached out to seller and they contacted distributer and found that it had been mispackaged. They sent out a replacement immediately and upon arrival, everything was there and new. Great communication with seller and very pleased with the situation being handled so quickly. Thanks!

  Best price available that I could find. New, as described; Only complaint is the manifold arrived with no gaskets..... It would be good to suggest the ordering of gaskets, as Kawasaki doesn't include these. Seller was very accomodating when I called to question these missing gaskets that needed to be ordered.

  Item arrived in a timely manner well packaged and new in condition. Reasonable price for item and shipping. Quality in appearance but the item didn’t have any threads in the mounting locations. Luckily I had the correct tap to thread the mounting locations. I would buy from this vendor again and recommend them.

  Great service and quick delivery to the other side of the world, Items are as described and packaged well to minimise damage during transit. These OEM filters are very hard to source in Australia at a reasonable price so would buy again from this seller and recommend to prospective buyers.
