  Items arrived well packaged and in as described condition they were good value as bought 2 items and had combined postage, sadly one item was slightly chipped on delivery which is a little disappointing but I will continue to buy from the seller thank you ☺️

  Thank you for your quick response after I reported an unfortunate crack in an item described as being without damage, in good condition. Thank you also for suggesting a partial refund as you think the damage occurred in the post. If not for the crack I would say the packaging&postage, we're 5*, but the condition was unfortunately not as described nor was the value. Thank you for responding so positively to my message. I am very disappointed as the item itself is fun & totally charming

  The teapot was very well packed to prevent any damage. It was in good condition. It came in a timely manner from the UK. I was a little nervous because the notification by Royal mail said it was delivered, but it was being handed over for international shipping to USPS depot. That part wasn't really in the notification for a day or two. But, I received it as described in the post and I'm very happy with my purchase.

  I still wish to purchase this tray at your offered price, However Ebay UK put me into a closed loop over an old shipping address. I was not offered an option to edit the shipping address and so had to cancel the order. I do not like enabling UK Ebay's incompetence, so I had to cancel the order.
