My response was sent within 2 hours. Re: shipping --- 3 orders were made in 3 transactions, instead of one purchase in one cart, which did not trigger the automatic $35 free shipping. When I sent a full refund of shipping costs, buyer declined refund and continued to demand a full refund and to keep the items.
