  The listing stated new with tags item arrived with white scratches on the fabric Informed seller that I wanted a partial refund she refused I informed her I will have to write a review she threatened to get eBay involved Please avoid at all cost !!

  Buyer was offered a partial refund but demanded more than half the cost of the item. As this was not feasible, buyer was offered a full refund upon return. She chose to leave negative feedback rather than accept an amicable solution. In the end a return was requested and granted, as it was offered in the beginning.
