POLMIND worked with me for weeks, communicating back and forth with pics of my appliance until sure I had the right part. New part quickly arrived and is much better quality than the original piece!   THE MOST AMAZING PACKAGING THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I AM SAVING THE SHIPPING CONTAINER THAT APPARENTLY WAS CUSTOM MADE TO FIT! Shipping was excellent. Slide rule was as described and in very good condition except the graduations over the full length of the slide do not perfectly match with the fixed part of the scale. It is still very usable to two decimal places. The seller's communication in answer to my concerns about USPS treatment was very good and encouraging so we would not worry!

  Very pleased great communication, and in fact, seller saved the day allowing us to be able to use a brand new Black & Decker portable AC unit that shipped without a hose inlet part. This Ebay seller was the only source anywhere and also the only one knowledgable about the issue. The part is sturdy and looks like OEM part. Appreciate it very much since this Ac unit is for a 93 senior. Thanks.

  So I have a portable air conditioner made by Honeywell and I needed a replacement hose adapter and window kit. I reached out to them and they responded quickly. I sent them a picture of the back of my unit and they recommended the parts that will fit. I received them quickly and the parts fit perfect. The communication was top notch.
