  I had questions for the seller and they answered them promptly, they had a lot of photos of the actual item they’re selling, which is a must for me. I never purchased products with generic photos. The iPad I bought arrived in genuinely flawless condition, the one mark that I was concerned about in the photos, turned out to be just a smudge. The appearance is exactly as it showed in the photos, except even better because it was cleaned very very thoroughly before it was shipped. Great value.

All faders and knobs are fluid and work to perfection just as described. Great value for a compact controller for my small desktop studio and will serve Me well. Solid seller for sure!
