Just as described. The condition was as described. Everything was in the box and the extra batteries was appreciated. The laptop worked right out of the box. And as described for the appearance there was little to none - cosmetic damage. I would say that the box left little to be desired and had a few holes in it but nothing that damaged the product itself.
