    Seller was amazing to work with. Negotiated a price, and the seller accepted instantly. Very good deal. The item also had fast shipping. Was able to contact seller (even after the item was delivered) to have questions answered about it. Purchased a gaming laptop that was packaged neatly and properly, in an inflatable bubble wrap and extra stuffing to keep it safe during shipping. The laptop was received with all the components listed in the description and photos. Would recommend :)

    Items as described, securely packaged in anti-static bags, inside a sturdy bubble wrap filled box. Shipping speed and communications were acceptable. No complaints, and I would purchase from this seller again without hesitation.

    This seller is top notch and done a wonderful job with customer service. The first printer I picked up had an issue, I sent the seller a note, and within 20 minutes they told me to swing by and they’d exchange it out. The printer they exchanged it with has done well. But their communication and willingness to exchange without issue, speaks volume for this seller. AAAA++++++!

    Item ordered was delivered promptly, received earlier then estimated delivery date, and received in undamaged condition. I cannot comment on the item's operation as I have not set it up yet, but despite being an "open box" item, it appears to be like new. I appreciate the seller's response to my offer, providing me with good value for my money.

    I have to say, I just received this purchase (four HP 820 laptops) and they are in excellent shape given their age. The packaging of the shipper was better than most new equipment (I am not kidding). Nice foam envelopes, foam separating sheets, a new box, and thoughtfully placed parcel sealing tape. I will definitely be buying from this shop again :o) Shipping was ultra fast by the way.
