We take pride in treating every customer like they are standing at our sales counter in our small town. Repeat customers is easier in our small town unless you treat 1 customer wrong! We decided we do not care where that customer is, if you treat them right, they will come back! It has worked.

We will do our best to help you, if we make a mistake, we will fix it. We clean, inspect, and test every product as practical. We are in SW Michigan and only sell Fresh water parts, short seasons, many in exceptional condition.

    Item was exactly as pictured and in new condition. I emailed seller before buying to ask about one of the items and seller promptly responded. Delivered by USPS and might have been a day or two later than expected delivery date but I wasn’t in a hurry to receive it. Price was good.

    I'm well pleased with this seller. Very disappointed with USPS! The package should have taken 2-5 days and it arrived July 1, 2025, 15 days after I ordered it. It went through 3 towns in my state including my town witch has the regional hub which should have had the package at my door the next day! No it went to a town 2 hrs. away and then back to Indiana! Our postal system is nothing like it used to be! My uncle retired from it after serving for 35 yrs. The seller is a responsible seller!

    Thanks for being such an understanding buyer. You paid for your item and should not have had to wait 2 weeks to get it. We jump through a lot of hoops to maintain our 1/500 late shipment average. We have shipped several times with generator power and cellular hot spots to label packages. Once we have shipped we have zero control of that package. Sellers can take comfort that you will leave fair feedback taking all circumstances into account. Thank You.
