Majority of ebay prosthetic sellers understand very little about prosthetics. We gladly accept any questions to prove this first hand. We don't advertise returns for the simple reason some people take advantage of this.     Fast delivery, expert packaging, (the best I've seen !!!) Seller described item as excellent condition but to me it's in PRISTINE - MINT condition!!! I contacted the seller by e-mail with questions, and he made some adjustments making it a great deal for me, I couldn't be happier!!!

    When I was in the process of "buy it now" & using Paypal, instead of "order confirmation", it said "item was to longer available". So I purchased another one from a different seller. It was unknown to me that I even purchased it until it arrived at my house. The charge on my bank statement, I was going to put a stop payment on until item arrived. The price was reasonable for the item.

    item as described but came with scratches due to poor packaging. a $600 medical device deserves a box, not just a bubble envelope, with the metal tool packed right up against the pump, which then scratched the pump. So, overall a neutral for very poor packaging. This is the first neutral I have ever given, in over 20 years on ebay.
