  Item arrived in good condition, well packaged and on time. Unfortunately, Item left on public staircase in full view of everyone entering the black, and NOT on a secure porch as claimed by courier. This is extremely inconvenient for someone in a wheelchair. Disappointing and necessarily unprofessional.

  The product came earlier than expected which was great. Quality of packaging was good and all the tools required to install were given. One improvement is to include instructions for fitting but it was not that hard. I would highly recommend as product quality is good and it works.
