  I have purchased from this seller on multiple occasions without incident, this time the USPS sorting machine decided it wanted to eat my package. After several weeks I received a bag containing remnants of what was supposed to be my order. I contacted the seller and explained that it wasn't his fault what happened but without hesitation Larry processed my original order and shipped out a replacement within 3 days. I will continue to use this seller for all my future purchases.

  Items were shipped promptly and well packaged. USPS held on to them for a couple extra days but that is not on the seller. I ordered multiple items and everything arrived in pristine condition and as described, Good quality parts to finish a guitar build. Reasonable pricing and able to combine shipping. Excellent seller. Will use again if I need parts.

  Item showed up blazing fast, was packaged securely and exactly as described brand new in original packaging. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase, the value of having all the different viscosity’s plus the tips, activator and remover all in one solid hard case is indispensable and definitely cheaper than buying them all separately for sure. Great seller I will definitely be buying from them again!

  Have been searching for this particular tuner key, in black and all retailers were out of stock. Searched one more time and somehow found this seller. Had what I wanted and in stock. Paid a shipping fee, which as a consumer, try to find sellers that offer free shipping. But after viewing other sellers found that the cost for shipping is sometimes added to the price of the item. Never the less, received what I wanted in a very efficient time. Very pleased and will be back soon. GB707.
