  This TSAR came very quickly and was just as pictured...brand new in a sealed box. My husband was so happy to have his favorite cologne again. The same day I placed this order, I initiated a return for the same product purchased 2 weeks before. That came in a worn box and I returned it just as I received it. Unfortunately, the seller gave me a partial refund only, claiming it had been used. It was not used by us. I wrote to the seller requesting the full refund, but did not received a response.

  Item was as described, however I tried to buy both bottles of Hermes Amazone offerred by seller and was charged for both. Right after order was placed I was credited a refund for slightly less than 1/2 of my purchase price and tax. Obviously, the Ebay system itself was at fault for not promptly updating the available quantity. The seller has responded promptly to provide a refund of the shortage. Packaging was excellent.

  My perfume arrived packaged very well and as described, communication in regard to shipping was excellent.....Valentino perfume to die for. This seller is efficient and great to deal with, no hesitation to purchase again. Postage is a killer to but to be expected, it was worth it to me to purchase something I thought I would never have again.

  Received the package with my product just 3 days after I've placed the order. Very secure packaging. The product is as described, new in a box. This perfume is just as I remember it when I last had it in the 90s - sweet, expensive scent. The product is in excellent condition.
